If it looks like there's enough of us doing this I'll pony up the $30, for sure. Although I should point out we've already had hours of fun with the free version. FREE. VERSION.
Even if the rest of you jack@$$es don't join in the fracas I'll probably still do the paid version, if only because I can drive two of my all-time favorites:

The original Mini, one of the all-time classics of affordable racing.
And the Super 7, one of my very very favorite cars of any type.

Less than three feet tall with the top up, and a horrifying terrible drag coefficient of 0.75(!). But with a reasonably built Austin 1275cc engine and just 1100 lbs soaking wet this will skin almost everything at the autocross. Drop in a Formula Ford engine and you'll have something that screams.
And then there's this amazing dyno pull (sorry, I can't figure out how to embed YouTube video within posts):
https://youtu.be/5YAFMZyBPI4
2.6-liter V-8 using Suzuki Hayabusa heads: 375 hp, 10,500rpm redline.
In a world where I am king and have the budgetary resources to buy any car I want, this is the car I'd have in my garage. Definitely.
In the meantime I'll settle for driving a pretend one online.

This is a stupidly fun game. And free.
If you have not yet downloaded the measly 419 MB file because you're too lazy to Google it up, well, here you go:
https://www.lfs.net/downloads
And yeah, if you own a steering wheel and pedals, you should have this installed and be joining us in all our tire-shredding glory (yes, Rooster, we're lookin' at you).
FREE. You can't beat that price of entry.

Are there only paid servers or are we able to host our own game/dedicated server?
